Introducing the body MOT

Introducing the Body MOT,

  • Your body works as a complex chain of carefully controlled parts working together.

  • A weak or stiff link in this chain will affect how your body works, reducing its performance and increasing risk of injury.

  • Using principles established in elite sport, we use specialised screening processes during the Body MOT to detect these poorly performing links.

  • Once these weak links are identified, the Physiotherapy experts at The Performance Lab will develop personalised training programmes to address your faults in order to reduce injury risk and enhance your body’s performance.
